Welcome to my latest article. Yet another branch off of the original "Orders, decorations and medals of the Russian Federation". An article that got way too big quite fast and that has now been broken down into state awards, individual ministries and/or federal agencies or sub departments.

Individual references will be added as the article progresses, until then, the refs are at the bottom of the article. These are official governmental or legal web sites containing the original orders and decrees. Please, no refs to web sites of individuals, ONLY refs to official orders or decrees. Thank you.
