I propose that Aviation history of Hawaii be merged into Hawaii. I think that the content in the Aviation history of Hawaii article can easily be explained in the context of Hawaii, and the Hawaii article is of a reasonable size in which the merging of Hawaii will not cause any problems as far as article size or undue weight is concerned. Aviation in Hawaii is part of the 'Avation in (State)' list articles. Aviation in Wisconsin, Aviation in North Dakota, etc. I started these (being bold) when I found categories just did not cover my home state's history, and adding categories to a bunch of articles did not give a good overview. There are a lot more states left to add. The intent is to make a hierarcial page for site/subject articles that note first flights, airports, companies, services and links to aviation past and present for each state. The format is a little weak if an author wants to write a long discriptive history, but sub-article(s) would be appropriate to cover the subject in more detail.
