I don't know why we use quotation marks in the first paragraph around "luxury", or why we include the final line in the first paragraph, "...along with 219 parking spaces, fewer than .5 per unit." It doesn't read like a neutral point of view to me - with all due respect, it almost sounds disparaging without any context or motivation behind these sentences. Can we remove this?
