This article is written in Hong Kong English, which has its own spelling conventions (colour, realise, travelled) and some terms that are used in it may be different or absent from other varieties of English. According to the relevant style guide, this should not be changed without broad consensus.

I disagree with the CSD notice. West Kowloon appears to be a proposed railroad station on a railway line (called West Rail) in Hong Kong; Hong Kong Housing, Planning and Lands Bureau Q&A page, Legislative Council Panel Information Report (pdf), including exact location. There was actually a plan to extend the East Rail to Austin Station, and this station would feature two pairs of island platform (an extra pair of 12-car platform for the East Rail).
