Once all the unsourced and peacock stuff has been taken out, is this person actually notable? Can only find that one WSJ article, so I don't think there's a
WP:SIGCOV argument, but might there be a
WP:PROF angle, if he's done significant academic work? His Google Scholar page is
here, I don't really have a benchmark as to whether those cite scores are good or not.
