Insufficient sourcing for "Motivation"

The article cited for the claim "Hamas has been accused by NATO, the UN, EU, US, and Israel of launching rockets and positioning military-related infrastructure in civilian facilities, such as schools, as a tactic" does not even mention NATO. The only entity explictly making this accusation in this particular article is Israel.
