Northern Pacific Seastar Invasion in America

I am developing a research article on Asterias amurensis' invasion in California as a result of the 2011 tsunami in Japan. I would like to link my information to this page under a subject heading, including the science behind the invasion, repercussions in the ecosystem and society and how people will respond.

Biology?

This article, one of many about a species of animal, contains almost nothing about the biology (morphology, habits, reproduction, etc.) of the organism. Instead, it is almost entirely a discussion of the organism's status as an invasive species in other regions. It really needs a return to the basic form. -- Piledhigheranddeeper ( talk) 21:28, 28 February 2014 (UTC) reply
