Full Back

I've endeavoured to edit Ashley's profile to indicate that he has expanded his positional range under the tutelage of Louis Van Gaal. Someone appears keen to deny Ashley his progress, because the edit has been removed on two occasions.

In short: Mr. Young is now (also) a full back. Beyond the verification that any observation of Ashley's exploits this season would provide, here are three articles to source this claim:

You could definitely make a case that he's a wing-back, but to say he's a full-back is a bit of a stretch. If any site describes him as a "left-back", that's most likely just them using shorthand for left-wing-back. – Pee Jay 20:19, 29 December 2014 (UTC) reply
