In http://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1002/ca.22562/full the authors express concern that this term is not a standard part of the anatomical lexicon. In this article http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/16783731 on the subanconeus muscle (a synonym) the authors express doubt that this is a distinct muscle.
