Berson was not Polish. When he was born, his home town was part auf the Austro-Hungarian Empire. He studied in Vienna (then capital of this country) and spent all of his later life in Germay, then as a German citizen. Plus, his family was Jewish. Therefore, the most exact term to describe his nationality/ethnicity ist Jewish-German (or German-Jewish). Berson was Poland and not business is in that only, that gave birth in Polish town. There were then times of oppression of the Polish people identically through Germans as well as Russians, development of the abilities on Polish soil was almost impossible, that is why Berson decided to operate in Berlin. And what more substantial always talked that is Poland, in addition considered through of that time compatriots at the patriot. I can only reiterate what I wrote above. Berson was from a Jewish family. When he was born, he was an Austro-Hungarian citizen. He later became a German citizen. I believe Arthur Berson was Polish, of Jewish origin, from the same Berson family, also born in Nowy Sacz is Seweryn Berson, /info/en/?search=Seweryn_Berson, described as polish, and his son Lucjan Berson is my grandfather, Seweryn was born in Nowy Sacz, a polish city under Austrian occupation, also studied in Berlin where my grandfather Lucjan was born, they both returned to Lwow, a polish city, now in Ukraine, only Arthur Berson stayed in Germany, because of his professional career and became a German citizen, all other Bersons lived in Lwow, and my grandfather Lucjan Berson moved to Warsaw, Poland, in 1945, after Lwow was taken over by Russians. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.77.199.80 ( talk) 22:08, 12 April 2020 (UTC) reply
