Currently the text states:
I think that if the text is to remain as it is then a reliable source should be used to make the point as it is not a neutral point of view. If not then the sentences should be re-written to reflect a neutral point of view:

The real problem with the 1815 section is that there are no citations. Without citations, it is simply one writer's opinion. Add French TF to WPMILHIST. Djmaschek ( talk) 19:08, 31 May 2010 (UTC)
