Wondering what the following paragraph has to do with ArmeniaâPortugal relations:
One of the most notable Armenians who resided in Portugal was Calouste Gulbenkian. He was a wealthy Armenian businessman and philantropist, who made Lisbon the headquarters for his businesses. He established the international charity, the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation in Lisbon. He also founded the Museu Calouste Gulbenkian in Lisbon.
I removed it, but it was reinstated with a comment that this should be discussed here first. Other than this procedural point, there was not argument for how this factoid is relevant or why it should be included. Unless there are sources that put Gulbenkian's life in the context of Armenian-Portuguese relations (the ones cited in this article do not), its a stretch for us to do so. It's a bit like saying Keeping Up with the Kardashians has something to do with Armenia â United States relations. Yilloslime T C 20:58, 2 February 2010 (UTC)
