This article (and other related articles) has been updated to reflect that Nvidia is the parent of ARM. This appears to be premature. While a definitive agreement is in place, Nvidia is not yet the parent of ARM. I believe we have to wait for the ink to dry before declaring something as factual when it is not yet absolutely in place.
