Similar claims have been inserted before and been reverted. From the cited source
degruyter.com I see a sentence And such silence can carry many mes-sages, some good (“no news is good news”), others distinctly ominous.
I acknowledge that I haven't read it all and maybe missed something clearer. But if that's all, then I believe this doesn't directly support the contention. If nobody can come up with better sourcing, I will remove in a few days.
