I had to dig in the newspaper archives for an answer to this as the burial register for Maiden Bradley isn't on Ancestry. The Morning Post of Thursday 5 March 1891 says of his will: "He directs the executors to place over his grave at Berry Pomeroy the tombstone or monument, with the inscription thereon, which he had had had prepared, and he bequeaths to the Vicar of Berry Pomeroy £10 a year to keep the grave in order, but if the monument cannot for any reason be erected at Berry Pomeroy it is to be placed upon his own land at Puddowen, near Totnes." The Berry Pomeroy makes no mention of his burial there and there's no sign of a faculty being granted for the memorial.
