Archduke John Salvator of Austria, Prince of Tuscany → Archduke Johann Salvator of Austria — He is better known as Johann Salvator than as John Salvator. Modern sources tend to refer to him as Johann Salvator more often than as John Salvator. Regarding the title Prince of Tuscany, it is utterly unnecessary. He held higher and more important titles, such as Prince Royal of Hungary, Prince of Austria and Prince of Bohemia. Surtsicna ( talk) 19:06, 3 October 2009 (UTC)

Archduke Johann Salvator of Austria (Johann Orth) → Archduke Johann Nepomuk of Austria (Johann Orth) — I think there is a common error about this prince of Tuscany. There isn't doubt: his name was Giovanni Nepomuceno, as you can see on the photo of the original baptismal register, which is the archive of the Dome of Florence [1]. It's an original paper: its value is unquestionable. In the name index of the memoirs written by his father Leopold II, "Diario di famiglia in Toscana" (obviously written in Italian), his name is Giovanni Nepomuceno. The children of Leopold and Maria Antonietta had often the name of someone of their relatives: Giovanni was named after John of Saxony, brother of the first wife of Leopold (Maria Anna Carolina of Saxony), best friend of Leopold, and his complete name was (strange?) Johann Nepomuk. Kaho Mitsuki ( talk) 08:56, 24 February 2011 (UTC)
