Is this second sentence accurate? (my emphasis in bold)
Seems like those who fight against security would be for full disclosure, unless I am misunderstanding. If so, then perhaps the intro can be written better. Also, I think the grammar in the start of the third sentence should be improved/re-written: "The general thought behind this is that ..."
