Personally, I usually see 18-25 year old girls in the Anthropologie in Georgetown. This seems incorrect. Mah58@georgetown.edu 23:59, 22 April 2006 (UTC)

This article sounds a LOT like an ad for Anthropologie.
I think the store listing just adds clutter to the page. maybe an external link to store listings?
Outside of sale items and the journals, the women I know who wear and have furniture from this store are in their 30s and/or own homes. I think it's fairly accurate. What 20 year old buys a $1200 chandelier, or shells out $60 for four desert dishes?
In light of the rewrite, I have removed the cleanup and AfD notices. Sertrel 18:09, 27 July 2006 (UTC)
I think some importance could be added to this website if someone was privy to the knowledge of where these one of a kind items sold at Anthropologie come from--and are the people who make the items adequately compensated for them and is any child labor used? I'm not saying that is the case, just that the items in Anthropologie (which I have to admit, I think are terrific) are very unusual, often handmade and appear to come from all over the world. That is of more import, I would say, then their marketing strategy alone and is an important and topical issue on the global economy. Rosemaryhodges ( talk) 21:20, 3 January 2009 (UTC)

I did extensive copy editing on this page, removing most of the un-cited paragraphs. I am removed the copy editing banner. SpiritedMichelle ( talk) 01:17, 9 March 2016 (UTC)
I have removed the advertisement template from 2017, having seen that the page has been updated extensively in the past year, effectively removing most if not all content that passes off as advertising. Thanks! ValleyGuide ( talk) 12:26, 14 February 2023 (UTC)
