Translation from Latin?

Various online translators translate the quote as "Antimolus [, whose] father [was] Anthemius emperor[,] with Thorisario, Everdingo and Hermiane count. Arles stable success, which the king Euricus killing leaders across the Rhone meets all waste." Which is quite dreadful. Is there a Latin scholar who can do better? Found translation in Barnwell, P.S. "Emperors, Prefects & Kings" RMcPhillip ( talk) 20:10, 19 February 2017 (UTC) reply
