Havardk reports that Annie's birth year is listed as 1977 in the Norwegian tax records. However, Annie has reported her birth year as 1978, and her age has been listed as 26 in various pre-November 2005 publications. - Carolyn81 07:13, 12 September 2007 (UTC)
Also, I am unclear on whether Pop Till You Drop was just a club night, or an actual nightclub. Carolyn81 01:52, 15 October 2005 (UTC)
I have added a Maintained template to this page with my name. I wrote the bio part of this article a while back and I am hoping to make some improvements soon. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you want to discuss this article. - Carolyn81 07:21, 12 September 2007 (UTC)
As I haven't done any changes to Wikipedia in a long time and now, out of convinience, do it without registering, I'll explain why I thought my changes were appropriate. Timo is a common Finnish given name, while Timothy is not. The 'real' name Timothy is mentioned only on a handful of websites, and they have probably gotten this name from a single source. Also, on sites where Op:l Bastards is mentioned the stage name and real name of Vilunki 3000 there, while the other members appear to use their regular names as performers. As a probable source for assumption that his first name is Timothy is the Ministry of Sound, it is quite likely that someone simply made a slightly anglocentric mistake. And so, as I was not able to find any confirmation to Timothy being Mr. Kaukolampi's given name and plenty of proof for it being Timo before (in the finnish media) and after(online) this mention in the article cought my eye, I saw the edit as appropriate. And yes, I am procrastinating writing this long explanation :).
Oh, and the article as it was after I edited is [ here]. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 91.153.113.240 ( talk) 12:55, 28 May 2008 (UTC)

It is always nice to see good-quality articles for Norwegian artists. I only have tangential familiarity with the subject, but I'll review it to the best of my ability in accordance with WP:WIAGA.
The article does not have serious issues that would warrant a quick-fail. However, the (almost) complete lack of citation formatting will have to be addressed. Detailed review coming soon. Regards, decltype ( talk) 08:22, 10 September 2009 (UTC)
As long as there's at least some progress, I will not fail it, as I don't think it's that far from meeting the criteria. Feel free to ping me on my talk if I do not respond here in a timely manner. Regards, decltype ( talk) 13:11, 10 September 2009 (UTC)
I have formatted all of the citations using citeweb template, and added/replaced some citations and outdated links. I moved all ref tags so that they're after punctuation throughout the article.
I added a few more details in the Personal Life section... not sure exactly what sorts of personal details I should be looking for to add to that section. I also removed the self-pub citations and replaced with reliable sources containing the same information.
Added birth citation, although please note that there is some confusion about Annie's birth year. Media sources have reported that Annie was born in 1977, but I talked to Annie after a concert and she told me that she was born in 1978. The dead link the references section that refers to this fact can be replaced with http://annie.thonky.com/blast-from-past.php but I'm not sure my site counts as a reliable source.
As for the issue with the reason behind Don't Stop being delayed, I couldn't find a reliable source that suggests that it was due to the flop of the I Know Your Girlfriend Hates Me single....- carolyn81 ( user • talk) 21:01, 10 September 2009 (UTC)
<--I'm inclined to say "yes". While the NYT article does indicate that there's some uncertainty, I haven't found an RS that gives the exact date in '78, except for some that seem to take info from this article. What do you think? decltype ( talk) 19:08, 15 September 2009 (UTC)
Just noting: 3 new images are available at Commons:Category:Annie. Feel free to add them to the article. – Quibik ( talk) 22:44, 24 December 2009 (UTC)
Generally outdated is fine but since she is contemporary and there are claims about her releasing new stuff a while ago, I have to wonder are there any news articles on her progress? I'm starting to think her projects have been scrapped, I could find nothing myself. So to sum up: is there any MORE RECENT NEWS on what her deal is with these claims of new releases? It should be mentioned ErdoSa ( talk) 22:54, 26 February 2013 (UTC)

Her song "Anthonio" was featured in the 2014 film "The Guest" by Adam Wingard starring Dan Stevens. It would be nice if someone would include this information in proper etiquette. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 167.57.82.246 ( talk) 02:22, 19 May 2016 (UTC)
