Why is she referred to as a "politician?" Federal judges are politically insulated and are NOT politicians. Lindsay 00:49, 27 September 2007 (UTC)Lindsay
Aboutmovies, wikipedia may define a politician that way, but the point of the federal constitutional design is that federal judges are politically insulated. They have life tenure. And there is almost nothing Congress or the people can do about it. No need to really argue this point, but I'm confident if you asked a political scientist whether federal judges are politicians, they'd say no. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Lindsay123 ( talk • contribs) 12:18, 27 September 2007 (UTC)
A subpage at Ann L. Aiken/fjc was automatically created by a perl script, based on this article at the Biographical Directory of Federal Judges. The subpage should either be merged into this article, or moved and disambiguated. Polbot ( talk) 22:22, 23 February 2009 (UTC)
Figured it was relevant, seeing as she was involved in the resentencing ruling. Titanium Dragon ( talk) 21:01, 31 January 2016 (UTC)
