That is a tough one. I would like to say yes, but I know that in many leagues you have had to play a certain amount of matches to recieve a medal. This has led to honours being removed from other footballers. Qed237(talk)15:23, 18 March 2016 (UTC)reply

In my opinion, the medal rule is a bit messy since it's different requirements depending on competetion and country, as far as I'm aware of. I think that if a player have represented the team at any game for the competetion, it should be recieved as an honour. By this, it doesn't include Vaikla, however I know there's a lot of second goalkeepers not having played any games but still mentioned as part of the team. Maybe this is a subject for WP:Football @
