Contradiction

Correctly citing the Y-Hg C-V20, this cannot be the only, not even the main, source of the EAF, with their typical G2a content?! HJJHolm ( talk) 09:59, 29 May 2023 (UTC) reply

Unfortunately we are a bit limited with the AHG sample size (n = 1) at the moment. But yes, there must have been other male haplogroups among Anatolian HGs, including G2a.  Tewdar  11:20, 29 May 2023 (UTC) reply
This isn't really a contradiction, though; whole genome analysis shows that the AHG is autosomally similar to later EAFs, even if the Y-chromosome continuity is not demonstrated (yet).  Tewdar  11:47, 29 May 2023 (UTC) reply
