It looks like that page 109 and 110 in the book about his travel to hungary
[1] name the mineral already alunite and this book is from 1822.

Thanks for drawing attention to this discrepancy/error. As a short term change to at least remove the probable dating error, I've changed the text to "this name was contracted by François Beudant three decades later to alunite".
