I'm afraid that this article is a quick fail as far as I'm concerned. Not only is there a cite needed tag in the article but there is a huge amount of uncited information in there. Everything needs to be cited before any consideration can be made to say whether or not the article is comprehensive enough. So for now, this does not come close to the GA criteria.
