I replaced the following image by a family tree created using wiki murkup. 4nn1l2 ( talk) 16:16, 4 June 2014 (UTC)

The Safavids tree is marked as given undue weight because several reliable sources (found at Safavids#Genealogy—ancestors of the Safavids and its multi-cultural identity) "cast doubt on this claim". Since the veracity of the information is doubtful, it should take up less space in the article. BrightRoundCircle ( talk) 20:51, 25 December 2016 (UTC)

Hi! I'd like to propose merging Family tree of Ali into this article, Alids, that is the descendants of Ali. The two can almost be considered duplicates per WP:DUP, their only difference being that the term 'family tree of the Ali' may also include the ancestry of Ali, which if desired, could be added as an extra table to Alids, which is also clearly the more important of the two articles. Moving here the comment on my talk page by AlidPedian. My answer follows afterward.
Hi! Bro, you have added many Shia POV-pushing lines in the Alids article. It's better to improve them neutrally. Thanks. AlidPedian ( talk) 20:43, 24 August 2023 (UTC)
