The article had a subheading Ali Soufan#Guantanamo interrogations -- which I changed to Ali Soufan#Role in Guantanamo military commissions. Yes, these captives ended up in Guantanamo, and yes, I believe Ali Soufan interrogated them. But I know some of those interrogations took place long before the captives were in military custody in Guantanamo. I don't know whether he interrogated ANY of these men were interrogated by Ali Soufan -- at Guantanamo.
We do know he testified at several of the suspect's military commissions.
Further, he just wrote an op-ed about al Nashiri's case. My heading change allows me to cover that op-ed in that section. Geo Swan ( talk) 09:17, 10 May 2012 (UTC)

The final sentence of the current article contradicts itself:
Rodriguez disputed that al Nashiri was the bombing's mastermind—Rodriguez disputed that al Nashiri was intelligent enough to be a "mastermind". '
I believe the second half of the sentence should likely begin "Soufan disputed ....", and the em-dash should be replaced with a semicolon (;).

Hello fellow JewWikipedians, Why doesnt it say in his bio, he was born in a Muslim family? His name is Ali. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 137.150.248.122 ( talk) 21:51, 18 April 2018 (UTC)
"The Hulu miniseries, The Looming Tower, is based on Soufan's time in the FBI. He is portrayed by actor Tahar Rahim in the series.[23]"
This is quite misleading. The miniseries "The Looming Tower [1]" is based on the book of the same name "The Looming Tower", by Lawrence Wright.
The idea that there is a character in the mini-series that is based on him is interesting, and should be here. They way it is described is awkward and confusing. If someone could re-write the sentence that would be excellent.
