Merope has tagged this as db-copybio. I think this is clearly unjustified. I did take the information for the bio from the NY Fed. website, but that info. is in the public domain and I did not copy the website's text. I also added something not in that bio. (that Hayes's first degree was in chemistry). Furthermore, I don't believe that the NY Fed. website qualifies as a "comercial content provider" in this case, since the Fed. is not making money from people reading biographical information about its past presidents. I therefore think that this article should be de-tagged, even without further edits. --
