I am not sure if his time in Bulgaria was long enough to categorize by. I think his multiple moves also illustrate why for example Category:Tunisian emigrants to the United States would be better as Category:Emigrants from Tunisia to the United States. Chnéour was clearly leaving Tunisia, and at the time he was a functional permanent resident, but it is debatable if he was a functional national.
