K.e.coffman: I noticed that there is
another person by the same name, who as a general would definitely be notable. Can an article about him be written under this title, or should this redirect be left as is? The Portuguese Wikipedia has an article on the Iron Cross recipient which is bound to this redirect via Wikidata, so that'd have to be uncoupled in the former case. --

Prospero One: I moved the redirect to a new title so that
Alexander von Arentschildt is now available for the general of the same name. Unfortunately, I do not edit Wikidata, so if you can make the change there, it would be great. --
