This article needs expanding to reflect actual C-class. The liberal promotion of start-class to C-class, ignoring one criteria, the very first sentence in the
assessment for C-class, also found in the
template reflects: The article is substantial. All arguments aside, we need to
1)- ensure a C-class is obtained before promoting,
2)- expand prematurely promoted articles,
3)- reassess articles that are clearly wrongly classed.
If we allow, or continue to allow, start-class articles to be prematurely promoted to C-class, this does not really give any incentive for article expansion, pretty much does away with start-class as adding an info box and possibly two sections would bring all stub-class articles directly to C-class, and the results are that it downgrades our classification criteria.
This article has far more references than many elevated start-class that sometimes contain only a single source, has a good info box with an image, and the subject is notable so there should be plenty of source for expansion. I will add it to my list for possible future expansion.
