Alcmene, or Alkmênê ("might of the moon") was, in ancient Greek mythology, the daughter of Electryon, king of Mycenae, and wife of Amphitryon
Amphitryon, or Amphitrion, in Greek mythology, was a son of Alcaeus, king of Tiryns in Argolis.
Wife is a son ?
There are alot of inconsistencies in the whole Hercules birth on the front page Aurora236 ( talk) 22:53, 12 March 2017 (UTC)
"However, the god in Delphi gave the Heracleidae an oracle that it was better to bury Alcmene in Megara." Who is the god here?

maybe there should be link so that if someone searches for Alkmene (as I did) they would have a redirect to this article? DavidRBarker ( talk) 23:44, 10 September 2022 (UTC)
