 – Article was determined to be unreferenced but not NPOV-violating. -- Darkwind ( talk) 00:18, 22 August 2007 (UTC) reply

In the Chicago Outfit section of this article, the author makes a number of unsubstantiated claims about the subject of the article being persecuted by law enforcement. Some of the comments might be libelous if any of those parties are still alive. There is nothing in the two references to support any of these contentions. I suggest that this section be rewritten to restore neutrality. Rogermx 14:44, 5 July 2007 (UTC) reply

The whole article needs a clean-up! It needs to be researched. HubcapD 02:37, 23 July 2007 (UTC) reply

  • The entire article is unsubstantiated. Regarding libel, I don't think there's much to worry about, since the paragraph doesn't mention names and mostly uses weasel words & attributions to (unknown) media reports. However, if you want to remove it by all means do so -- even if it's not libelous, it's definitely unsourced. Cap'n Walker 20:11, 9 August 2007 (UTC) reply
