This edit renders the sentence ungrammatical. Template or not, the word "as" is needed. Badagnani ( talk) 21:27, 12 March 2008 (UTC)
The main problem is that his Arabic name doesn't match the name he's known by in English. Usually the Arabic template works because it puts "Arabic:" but in this case additional information is required to show that the name he's known by in the English world "as" is different from the anme he's known by in the Arabic world. So if there's a template that doesn't have "Arabic:", that would be good to use. Badagnani ( talk) 21:51, 12 March 2008 (UTC)
Now I see that the Arabic just says "Al-Hariri." I think Arabic should be added for both versions of the name (including "of Basra," if that is used in Arabic). Badagnani ( talk) 21:52, 12 March 2008 (UTC)
