The style of this article is not at all like an encyclopaedia. It reads like an ad for a museum or an ad for a published autobiography. (or an ad for an upcoming movie "The Perfect Soldier"?)
I think this article should stay, but almost every sentence has to be changed. The article should focus on the facts of his life, not on flowery descriptions. This:

After January of 1979 all KR troops took refuge in the Thai border camps. There is no record from Aki Ra or anyone else that he ever lived in a Thai border camp. Also, a manga might not be considered a reliable source on his biography. Cmacauley ( talk) 19:59, 2 September 2016 (UTC)
