Someone keeps adding a false AFC recipient named Jay Fracek-Rubin. This person is not reflected on the list of recipients maintained by the Department of Defense. [1] Further, there is no record of this person ever having been a Combat Rescue Officer. Last, every time he posts, his citation is a dead link. This has been reported to the Admin Noticeboard. --00:12, 30 May 2017 (UTC) Heavydpj ( talk)
The disruptive edits continue regarding Jay Fracek-Rubin. Recent attempts to delete entries from the talk page. Request for semi-protection submitted. -- Heavydpj ( talk) 00:37, 30 May 2017 (UTC)

This claim does not appear to be factually correct, as awards and decorations are managed by the Department of the Air Force, rather than the individuservices. Furthermore, AFMAN 36-2806 (which deals with awards and decorations), as well as all other Department of the Air Force instructions, apply to both the Air Force and Space Force (all AFIs published prior to 1 April 2021 apply to both services [1]). Unless @ 47.142.132.142: should revert themselves or add a definitive source that states that the Space Force is ineligible for military awards I will revert to the last stable version in 24 hours.
