Name

Title reads "Ahitophel" whilst the text uses "Ahithophel", which is correct?

He is usually referred to as Ahithophel [1]. I'm not sure why the writer of this page chose 'Ahitophel.' I'm too new an editor to feel comfortable changing the name of an article, but I'm going to add the alternate spelling to the lead. Alephb ( talk) 05:25, 9 January 2017 (UTC) reply
