Hi all, as discussed [ here], we want to take Les Misérables to GA. One of the things that we deemed necessary was to split the adaptations section to its own article, Adaptations of Les Misérables.
So this is what I've done:
If there are any issues, problems, or anything I missed, please let me know. Azylber ( talk) 10:46, 28 December 2012 (UTC)
The link for the ArmJoe 2D fighter game is broken, but I've been unable to fix it. Brauden ( talk) 21:04, 10 January 2013 (UTC)
What's wrong with this opening sentence?
Thanks for taking the time to explain all this. I am ok with the current version as you've made it now. I thought it was necessary to bold everything from the lead sentence that is contained in the article title, not because I've actually read the rules (which I haven't) but because I've seen so many articles that seem to follow that convention. I think it's fine now. Azylber ( talk) 05:46, 21 April 2013 (UTC)
As far as I can tell the two movies listed there are indeed the same movie. A youtube upload lists one Hồ Ngọc Xum as director and Việt Linh as a screenwriter. Could someone who actually speaks Vietnamese confirm this? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 82.5.76.225 ( talk) 16:55, 17 November 2015 (UTC)
I originally added this movie (a few years ago) based on its inclusion in the list of Les misérables adaptations found in the Japanese wikipedia (with Yamagata Isao as the main character). Recently, I found that this movie is now missing from the Japanese wikipedia list. Trying to google it results only in wiki clones. Does this movie actually exist? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 146.191.228.21 ( talk) 11:20, 8 December 2015 (UTC)
Hello fellow Wikipedians,
I have just added archive links to one external link on
Adaptations of Les Misérables. Please take a moment to review
my edit. If necessary, add {{
cbignore}}
after the link to keep me from modifying it. Alternatively, you can add {{
nobots|deny=InternetArchiveBot}}
to keep me off the page altogether. I made the following changes:

There are reliable sources that say The Fugitive is a loose adaptation of Les Misérables... but listing adaptations of The Fugitive too? Adaptations of adaptations should not be included. Bright☀ 18:55, 14 August 2018 (UTC)
Does the 1966 Gavrosh animation exist? I added the 1986 'Gavrosh' Soviet animation short just now, but have never been able to find a 1966 one, so I'm wondering if it's the same one but with the wrong date? Or if not, does anyone have any more details about the 1966 animation? Thanks! Monsieurmabeuf ( talk) 16:57, 2 June 2024 (UTC)
I'm wondering what the criteria for inclusion should be here? I've also watched the 1997 Chelmsford open-air concert and 1989 Sydney Australia Day concert. Recordings do exist of both of these concerts on Youtube, but I don't know if they were ever officially released (at least not in the same way the 3 concerts which are listed were).
