I'm pretty sure abortion is illegal in Liechtenstein. Here are some citations:

Most 2005 English-language Internet reports are saying that the 2005 Landtag counter-proposal legalized abortion in the first 12 weeks, see LA Times and LifeSiteNews, while Freedom House seems confused. It seems to me that all the proposal did was clarify that legal references to "right to life" don't prohibit abortion, just capital punishment. Clearly the full-legalization accounts are wrong, but am I missing something? This article could use some good German-language sources, because the English ones are clearly not fact-checked.
