I tagged this article with a disputed neutrality - just want to make sure we can get more global references that can explain the "human rights" activist side as well as the "terrorist" side well.

I too thought that this article suffered from serious neutrality issues when I first read it, but I wasn't able to find anything except for more incriminating evidence in my search for further materials,
[1][2]. I guess I'll incorporate it in the article. A quick heads up; I am renaming his last name from "al-Nouaimi" to "al-Nuaimi" since the latter variant appears in virtually every source.

Having said that, the allegations section is very bloated in contrast with the rest of the article. I'll continue searching for information about his personal life and human rights advocacy.
