These are my recommendations for improving this article:

• add a section on pharmacokinetics
• role in therapy (1st line, 2nd line, etc)
• add a section on drug interactions (drug-drug, drug-food, etc)
• add a detailed mechanism of action section, including comments on synergy
• add detail to major label changes
• add picture of dosage form
