AFL-CIO 鈥 Not only does
aflcio.org itself use the hyphen (meaning it is the official name), but
MOS:ENBETWEEN states: Generally, use a hyphen in compounded proper names of single entities.
AFL-CIO is not a partnership between two unions (which would be AFL鈥揅IO), but the merger of the
American Federation of Labor and the
Congress of Industrial Organizations鈥攐ne entity. 鈥
