What does ADC stand for?

One of the less impressive acquisitions might be the one with Altitun of Sweden. The company was bought for 1G$ on the top of the dotcom era 2000 and was sold of on auction two years later. With almost no refund. for exampel http://fibers.org/articles/news/4/9/21/1
