Currently this compound is shown as the S-isomer, which is in agreement with Ref 2 (Central Nicotinic Receptors...) however ref 3 (Automated 96-well...), which is written by Abbott, shows the R-isomer. All of the patents that I've been able to find also mention the R-isomer. As such I think the current drawing is, unfortunately, wrong.
