Moved description of dual and single carriageway sections to the "route" section, to better highlight that the bypass relates to a single carriageway stretch between two long dual stretches. Added A383 road to list of junctions. Updated bypass section to indicate that construction has started rather than is planned. Added link from Kingskerswell#See_also to this page.
