AFC Liverpool is a new football club being founded as part of the increasing movement toward fan-owned clubs.
As such it should not be deleted as it deals with a real football club. Velkyal ( talk) 10:46, 18 March 2008 (UTC)
This page is notable from my understanding of the guidelines as it has generated sufficient media coverage, including an article in a leading British quality daily newspaper.

I looked through AFC Wimbledon and other such clubs and found that they linked to the List of fan-owned sports teams Half-Elven Lord ( talk) 09:49, 27 March 2008 (UTC)
That makes it sound (to me at least) like they won the league, which they didn't. Assuming the North West Counties First Division Trophy is a cup competition, I think it should be reworded slightly to make that clearer..... -- ChrisTheDude ( talk) 20:13, 11 September 2009 (UTC)
Isnt Bajen Fans Hockey (icehockey) a fan owned team?. The club was formed after Hammarby (the club Bajen Fans supports) got bankrupt. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 84.55.90.110 ( talk) 15:28, 20 November 2009 (UTC)
