It would be interesting to know something specific about this transistor. What company first registered it? How many companies made it at its most popular? Does anyone still make it now? How many are made in a year? Is it as popular now as it was in, oh, say, 1968? What notable products were made possible due to the invention of this trnsistor that weren't possible before? A little more depth than the NTE cross reference guide would be very encyclopediac. -- Wtshymanski ( talk) 03:40, 18 April 2011 (UTC)
The pinout diagram shows collector on one side on the isometric view and on the other on the bottom view. maybe that's a top view? confusing — Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.35.201.196 ( talk) 21:46, 14 August 2018 (UTC)
