Avrohom Walter won the Kersal & Broughton Park seat as an Independent in 2022, but as a Lib Dem in 2021. He resigned form the Lib Dems a few weeks before the election, while he was a sitting councillor, so should his seat read as an independent hold (vs councillors the at the time the election took place) or an independent gain (vs the last election)? — Preceding
