This article has been
named as if it were an
event, but I wonder if the
year is needed. Sure, the referendum for Oregon's Ballot Measure 110 took place at the November 2020 elections, but the measure itself is broader than the vote. It needs to be proposed, first, then put onto the ballot, voted on, and then passed into law. The title would suggest this all happened in 2020, but some of it didn't. Consequently, it is not an event, as such, but a political process for changing the law. Also, the measure appears to carry a unique number, so omitting the year will results in a more
concise title, such as Oregon's Ballot Measure 110. -

I think that at least some of this is worth putting in the article, but I do not nave the time to deal with this myself.
