According to other Wikipedia ( http://ca.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prov%C3%ADncia_de_Tarragona), Salou is the 6th city in the Province of Tarragona. I thought it would be nice to include that Loeb's stage win at SS8 was his 802nd career stage win, which broke Markku Alen's all-time record for stage wins in the WRC.
